"Tasty food, but the portions felt a bit small"
The food was really good and had great flavor. That said, I did feel like the portions were a little smaller than I expected, especially for the price. Still, everything tasted fresh and I’d be willing to come back again

The box showed up kinda dented, so the packaging was just okay. I tried reaching out about it and got transferred around a couple times, which was annoying. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Reliable delivery without any fuss"
My delivery arrived right when they said it would, which was all I was hoping for. I didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone down. It was basic service, but I mean that in a good way, simple, smooth, and exactly what I needed. I’d order again.

"I had an issue with it it never..."
I had an issue with it it never really got sorted out properly. Support did keep replying, so there was that, but the actual thing I needed fixed just kind of stayed the same. Frustrating, to be honest.

"Should’ve Trusted My Gut"
I ordered from davincisdelivers.com, i should’ve trusted my instinct when something felt off after the first bite. The pizza showed up cold, the crust was hard, and the cheese had this strange flavor like it wasn’t fresh. The wings were soggy too, which was disappointing. Maybe they were just having a bad night, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from there again.

"Good help, just a bit slow"
Customer service was good overall. I had a quick question about my delivery and they did get back to me with the info I needed. It took a little longer then I was hoping, but they were friendly and sorted it out without making it a big deal. Not perfect, but I’d probly use them again.

"Basically nothing to choose from"
I went on davincisdelivers.com thinking I’d have a bunch of options, and wow, I was way too optimistic. The menu felt super limited, like the same few pizza/pasta-type things were just showing up in different outfits. If you’re not in the mood for the usual stuff, good luck. I scrolled around for way too long, got irrationally annoyed, and finally just gave up and ordered from somewhere else. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it was a hard no.

"Driver could’ve handled things better"
The food arrived fine, so no issue there, but the driver’s attitude wasn’t great. I asked a simple question and they came off rude and annoyed, which really shouldn’t be part of the experience. I get that deliveries can be stressful, but basic professionalism matters, and I think drivers should be held accountable for how they treat customers

"Wrong order again, but I just want a fair fix"
I got the wrong order again, which was frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but I reached out and didn’t really get a fix or much help. I’m not trying to be difficult, I just think it’s fair to get what I paid for or have the issue corrected.

"I Couldn’t Even Get Through This Pizza"
This pizza was just not good at all. I took one bite and immediately questioned every decision that led me to ordering it. The whole thing was super bland, but then the sauce had this weird sweet taste that threw me off completely. And the crust? Chewy in the worst way, like it had been sitting around forever. I barely made it through one slice before giving up and tossing the rest. Absolute pizza disappointment.
